Recently Amazon launched the Great Indian Festival to counter Flipkart's Big Billion Sale. To get a competitive advantage Amazon specifies many delivery promise dates for prime customers. I have an yearly basic subscription with PacktPub Mapt and I am supposed to read books and see videos. My subscription is valid until Feb 2019. However, on July 2018, I was suddenly not able to see videos or read books. There is no option in the website to rais a support ticket. Only option available to try was to send a mail to the email firstname.lastname@example.org. I even tweeted to them.
Paytm takes the order for Fastag, then because of buggy software ask customer to send documents in mail after 10 days, and after 10 more days (total 20) they cancel without proper reason. The money is with them for at least 20 days and it takes upto 34 days to reach you back. What about the interest? 500 from one person is ok, but what if there are many people like me? Is it a scam or just lack of professionalism?
Today I thought of watching IND vs SA cricket in Airtel TV on my iPhone. It took a lot of time to load the game. Even after loading sound comes and goes. I just tried watching the same game simultaneously from an Android phone and could see that game was much ahead with an extra wicket fallen in the Android phone. Pic Attached.

There has been many negative reviews about the new UI functionalities from my friends, but this one was way too serious.
