Mobile banking and internet banking is not working for my Salary acccount with above message for more than a week. At the times of this pandemic, when you are in most need for money, IDFC First Bank mobile banking is not working for days. Customer care number not usable and email is also not working. I should have gone with some banks that has more credibility and more physical centers.
Website provides customer care number and email to contact for help.
The number says they won't take calls due to Corona except for blocking cards.
When I emailed, got a message that email itself is not working.
A very bad banking service. Don't know who to contact for help.
Issue was finally sorted out and got a call from customer care after I posted it on twitter.
