Idea is not just enough. Software quality is very important for the sucecss of any online initiatives.

ICICI came up with a nice plan called iWish RD, where you can save for your wishes as and when you have the funds. You need to create a goal and start saving for it. 

But my experience with the website was not very good and I had to drop the plan for starting it. I waited for minutes multiple times and page was not loading. Got website is not available message once and even it gave me an error of 'An internal authentication error has occurred.' also showing up the details of their internal application server in use.

This should not have happened especially for such a reputed bank. I called the customer care and they asked me to send screen shots to their mail id customer.care@icicibank.com, and I am sending it now anyway.
