Samsung Galaxy S7 smart phonr is a Samsung falgship product. However, I have started experiencing issues related to wifi hotspot in just around 6 months time. When I make my S7 as a hotspot many a times other mobile devices won't be able to connect. At times the signal strength is also shown as very low for other mobiles kept just next to this mobile. I had not expected this from a flagship product from Samsung and decided to wait a bit before getting Samsung Galaxy S8.

Customer clicked on a vodafone advertisement which said 9GB will be provided to new handsets and if they have minimum 1 GB plan. Customer had already recharged for a special plan of 179 for 1GB and hence opted in for the 9GB. Then Vodafone sent a congratulations message and now asked him to recharge one of the standard recharges starting 265 to get the plan. He topped up his balance and recharged for 265 from balance. Balance got reduced by 265 and 1.5 GB got credited as expected of the plan. However, he still did not get any offer of 9GB.

This is specific to existing prepaid customers in Bangalore. Ratio of vodafone customer cares compared to Airtel is definitely less. Vodafone also gives lesser offers for existing customers compared to new. But worst part is getting to talk to their customer care over phone. Considering the lesser number of customer centeres, they should at least have a decent call center, even if it is paid calls. Even after sending a PORT request, they don't care to call or even keep their promises. The automated message says you will get a call with offers and blah blah blah.
