Vodafone rechargemode needs to be updated for better user experience

Got a message from vodafone to dial *121# for best internet offer. Dialed, gave some offers which were only available in recharge mode. Asked to press 1 to activate. Pressed and got the message: Pack does not exit. Try again later. If the pack does not exist, why send message and why even show that offer and ask to press 1 to recharge? I even tried the *111*6# option given by customer care and result was same.
