This is a test of Airtel's speed at Innovative Aqua Front, an appartment that is located at Doddanakundi in Bangalore, near to Doddanakundi lake. Speed and voice clarity is very bad within the apartment. Finally decided to port all 5 numbers within my family, as most residents were also planning. However, Airtel has asked for one more chance.

The person from Airtel has come to verify and said even though the mobile is showing full strength the speed as well as voice clarity is very bad using some tool he has. Some number which has to be in 3-4 range is over 7 or 8. Did not understand the exact technical name. Regarding speed he said he will recommend raiding the bandwidth of nearest tower and for voice clarity he said he will pass it on to automation team ( I hope I heard it right).

Note: I have used the same app (from ookla) that has certified Airtel as fastest network in India. And one of these tests were made with the Airtel representative at my house from the main room with doors open. If I go to inside rooms, the network has still lesser strength. 

History

Another resident had raised a service request in March 2017. That time too the representative had come and verified the issue and gave a time of 90 days to have a new site in the area to resolve the issue. Ticket number is 68366480.
