Mobile banking and internet banking is not working for my Salary acccount with above message for more than a week. At the times of this pandemic, when you are in most need for money, IDFC First Bank mobile banking is not working for days. Customer care number not usable and email is also not working. I should have gone with some banks that has more credibility and more physical centers.

Website provides customer care number and email to contact for help. 

I had created an account with Kartra for $1. Since I did not have enough time I cancelled it.

Later, Mr. A J Roberts sent me a mail telling I can get 6 months of a plan for 597 dollars. I made the payment for 597 and even got a invoice. But there is no account. Not even forgot password works. No support. Nothing. Feeling cheated.

Update

The team quickly reverted back. They said I should get the extra money back in 3 to 10 working days. Will wait for it. Inability to have a realtime chat or call created some confusion. Again, I should also not have overreacted without giving them enough time to respond.
