Review Blog For The Common Citizens

Whenever Flipkart conduct MI sales stock runs out in no time. Even the Flipkart site has crashed at times. However, worst of worst is that their software bug has allowed customer to buy Note 4 when there is no sale (and probably out of stock) and still they managed to deliver a, probably defective, device. Replacement request was raised on time and the issue was verified successfully by the representative. Still they did not replace, again, probably because they don't have stock?

If you look into the sale details for MI Note 4 in Flipkart and MI websites, you can easily find that there was no MI sale on this date time combo. Flipkart said out of stock within seconds of the last sale on Feb 8 2017, and next sale was on Feb 16 2017. So where did they give the product to the customer? Did they purposefully provided a defective or refurbished one to hide the bug in their system? Or is this as per design, according to their contract with MI?
Customer had battery issues. It was taking 7-9 hours for charging and he sent the screenshot from the Redmi Note 4 to Flipkart and MI. While FLipkart automatically created a return request, MI asked to contact Flipkart.
MI representative came and verified the issue. Noted it down in his observation sheet (attached) that it takes 7hours to charge from 20 percent charge to full. He also found an additional issue: MI app hardware test was not passed for MIC. He noted that too in the observation paper. I have taken photos of that too.
Customer even the recorded video of the conversation with IQOR representative. He clearly accepted there is issue, noted it down too, but the status is resolved, and customer not satisfied. Customer is planning to take Flipkart to court, unless Flipkart/IQOR answers in detail every questions raised. Even after the representative verifying the issue raised, Flipkart sent the below message:

I thought their technician came to verify the issue, but looks like he was sent to fix it. And he thought he fixed it, but then why he wrote there is battery issue in his observation sheet?
Below is the screenshot from the app. I wished Flipkart at least checked once if this is an issue with the charger.

I raised a return request for extra battery charging time and Flipkart's IQOR technician verified it too (as you can see in the sheet attached.) Still they want me to go to MI service center. So what is the criteria for replacement as Flipkart advertise?
Sending it to Flipkart and MI for their responses. They can easily verify the above details in their system.
