I bought a tablet from Ezone (Big Bazar) in Pheonix mall in Bangalore today (10-7-2016). The product demo was not done as there was not battery charge. However, the representatives took some note telling demo was done. I was in hurry as the shop was about to close and hence did not mind.

Once I reached home, I charged mobile and switched on only to see someone else with name rithesh already logged in to the mobile. There were also few pictures still there which was probably taken in the shop and the windows folder icon also shows a picture that was taken from someone's house, but was not present in the folder. This usually happens when some picture is deleted already but windows keep a track.

All these does not give me a feeling that the phone was unused and genuine. I am writing this in few hours from the time I have bought the phone. I will forward this to ezone customer care first and if response is not positive, will go for consumer court or social media promotion.
