I already had a number ending with 74112 and I applied for a new number ending with 74114. As it was a golden number, as they told, I paid Rs. 1500 as well.

After calling the concerned person, they took almost a week to come, deliver SIM and took activation. Will tell about this later.

But after delivering sim and taking documents, it is still not activated for few days. Every day they say it will be activated by midnight.

I sent a mail to listen@tatadocomo stating that I am waiting for activation of 74114 and my current number is 74112, however they replied back telling there is no number that ends with 74112 in their records. It was activated a month back and has entered into the new billing cycle as well. Note that in the actual mail I had put in the complete numbers, not last 5 digits.

Really doubt their systems now.
