Yesterday I had made the booking and paid down payment amount excluding old car value. The showroom salesman, his team leader and manager had said that I will get receipt for my payments by morning. But nothing happened. Every time we call, they say after sometime. Finally after lot of follow up we got receipts by evening. They could have easily said one day and we would not have followed up. We were also worried seeing lots of negative reviews about Vinayak Cars. Moreover they took our originals of RC book and insurance and did not even give a receipt or confirmation mail. The responses were not the same as it were on the first day when we went for booking. Now if we need to cancel, they will take minimum 5000 and will give the remaining amount only in 30 days as per the contract they created.
