I wanted some confirmation for the originals I had submitted. So I sent a mail with the things we had discussed verbally and asked to reply. Salesperson said he will ask his team leader to reply. Nothing happened till afternoon. Called again and they said their servers are down and will respond back by evening 6 PM. After 6 PM, I called again and they said their servers are still down and will not be up until tomorrow afternoon. I can see from whois lookup that their nameservers are NS11.PANELFORCE.COM. Being a german company, they should have chosen a better server at least.
