[Dexperience] Vodafone continues to be one of the worst in terms of customer care for prepaid customers in Bangalore

This is specific to existing prepaid customers in Bangalore. Ratio of vodafone customer cares compared to Airtel is definitely less. Vodafone also gives lesser offers for existing customers compared to new. But worst part is getting to talk to their customer care over phone. Considering the lesser number of customer centeres, they should at least have a decent call center, even if it is paid calls. Even after sending a PORT request, they don't care to call or even keep their promises. The automated message says you will get a call with offers and blah blah blah.

[Dexperience] IDEA - Change plan and you will be charged for both plans for a month

I had taken a plan of 499 with 6 GB internet and on my first bill date (Feb 16th) it was reduced to 1 GB. After waiting for 3 days, I changed my plan to IDEA I Plan 199. Customer care people said bill will be prorated.

Now I have received bill with three entries in Bill:

Ultimate 499 16th Feb to 18th Feb = Rs. 0

Ultimate 499 16th Feb to 15th March = Rs.499

IDEA Plan 199 19th Feb to 15th March = Rs.177.

Total 676.88 plus taxes. How can anyone be on two plans at the same time. At least they should have given the plan benefits then.

[Dexperience] Vodafone - Retention team cut call for talking in english

I sent a PORT request. I got a call after few hours from a number +918071636416 12.46 PM on 13/3/2017. She talked me in regional language and I checked if she could speak in English. She suddenly said "Server is Down" and cut the call. Did not get any call after that. I believe vodafone doesn't care and my decision to PORT is right. 

[Dexperience] ACT Tried To Impress, But Result Was Worse

ACT Broadband (Bangalore) sent a message to customers that their data limit has been increased. Mine was 100 GB limit and they increased it to 175 GB. Great? But just within days the speed got reduced from 100 mbbs to just less than 1 mbbs. I would have preferred a lesser limit with decent speed.

[Dexperience] Tata Docomo Activation Troubles

I already had a number ending with 74112 and I applied for a new number ending with 74114. As it was a golden number, as they told, I paid Rs. 1500 as well.

After calling the concerned person, they took almost a week to come, deliver SIM and took activation. Will tell about this later.

But after delivering sim and taking documents, it is still not activated for few days. Every day they say it will be activated by midnight.
