All proposals and apology by me for making IAF a friendly place has been turned down. Now that they have started targetting and harassing me even for my rights I have as a resident, I realized I needed to act differently. People hug in public marking end of fight but act different internally with hatred and vengeance, Mr. Vice president not talking to Mr. President and much more. Is it not real politics? Still Mr. Manager aka Mr. Selvam and Mr.Ohja were calling me drunk and politician, out of nowhere and they seems to have hurt more.  There is one question that still remains. Who is the dictator within IAF association that one of the most important person in the association has meant?

It all started when few people in the association shared a new proposal for maintenance model that they felt right to all the owners against what was decided earlier and without consulting me. I was told that there will be a personal discussion with me at 9 and then sent it to the whole group before 9. I had got angry and decided to oppose it. Then many like-minded people joined me in support. Fight escalated in watsapp, especially after Mr. Vice President and Treasurer reigned for being asked few questions by residents (it was not me, even if I was present there).

Finally, my proposal was approved, thanks to Mr. President who took a firm decision and thanks to majority of residents who approved it. After few days of this approval, few people said they have forgotten everything and starts talking after the incident and then suddenly stops talking, and some others come with explanation that they have stopped talking because of their wives. Some hug in public and act or fight different internally. Some people believe the reason why few others are not speaking within the association are because of me, and this includes Mr. Vice President not speaking to Mr. President.

Few people have always stood on their stand that they will never talk to me again and teach me a lesson. Even their better halves act within similar hatred to my wife and even kid. Few lady residents suggested that wives have to follow husband and don’t take those seriously. And Mr. Vice President himself clarifies later that it is not the people in the association that is not ready to talk, but their wives and families.

They say they are spending the time they had to spend for their families for association and hence if someone questions them, their families will get hurt. If I had decision making powers, I would have instead appointed a better manager to manage these things even if we may have to pay a bit more. A women resident expressed her pity when people try to put all blame on women at home to hide their ego.

Mr. Ohja had resigned and then reinstated when my model for proposal was approved. Mr. Vice president himself told in the first meeting after their proposal approval that Mr. Treasurer can’t come for further meetings as his wife is not allowing as all the fights happened in watsapp and she was seeing it too. Mr. Manager too said he had lot of work and didn’t attend the meeting. I thought it is better I move out for few weeks so that they get the time to regroup and become united again. I also had joined a new company and also had few health issues. Everyone where happy to accept my resignation and Mr. president immediately moved me out of the group, a completely different behavior from Mr. Ohja’s, Mr. Vice President and Mr. Treasurer’s resignation.

Days passed by and I wanted to add my wife also to the owner’s group. She is also the co-owner of the apartment. Mr. Manager had recently asked another owner’s wife; however, I did not want to contact him. But contacted Mr. Vice President as he always said he considered me as his younger brother even after the fight. In fact, he has been always there for me before the fight. He said he is not an admin anymore. I contacted other admins too. Mr. President did not respond back as he believes I am the reason Mr. Vice President is not speaking to him. Mr. Treasurer who used to respond back earlier has suddenly stopped responding again. I did not contact Mr. Manager as he is filled with hatred not to even respond me for anything.

Fourth of the admins was at least kind enough to respond back telling it is the rule to not allow both owners from a family to be part of owners group and the ones added by Mr. Manager and others were all a mistake.

Best of the replies came from Mr, Vice President on behalf of all other admins and it said: you can't believe till what level you have hurt people. That to in front of their family. They and their family doesn't want to respond to you. So please keep expectations low. You can't force people to respond you. Sometimes we have to pay for what we did. But he is forgetting the fact that I am a resident and when I ask something like this, they have to at least tell that it is not possible or not, and not take vengeance. Association cannot target a resident for standing against them.

I asked the one special person who was the one dictator he meant. He now retracted telling he had mentioned it on a lighter note without still naming the person. So, is there a dictator here? If so, who is it? Is it the ego that controls these people now or their wives and families as per vice president’s comments?
