Review Blog For The Common Citizens
This is an open letter to CO-Founder & CEO at PICKME Mr. Praful (Chatrapati) Wadyalkar, Director & Co-Founder Mr. Wilbret D Raj and Co-founder & CFO Joseph Sudhakar. I am writing this to give you a clear picture of the situation and to hear your views before going ahead legally.
If it was a one off experience for me, I would not have called it a scam and written this post taking out my precious time. You can find lots of complaints about your services all over the internet. You can find some of these @ below links:

You can find more using a simple Google search.
Here, I am specifically talking about the UniverCell Total Care plan, managed by PickMe doorstep solutions. I know that UniverCell is also equally or even more responsible for this scam. However your services after the pickup were really bad and goes against all of the things you have mentioned in your profiles, and hence I am writing this to you. Please don't miss out the section with heading funny part below.

The story so far
I had picked up this insurance plan from UniverCell branded as UniverCell Total Care Plan through PickMe doorstep solutions, and they too have given up now telling they have stopped selling your service as you are unreliable. UniverCell should not have ideally sold such a service with a partnership with you and if they sold it, they should follow up on the services at least for the customers they already sold the service to, even if they have now stopped recommending the product. So UniverCell is also equally or even more responsible for this scam.
A mobile has been picked up for service by your service representatives about 4 months back.

Forget about service, I have almost forgotten about the mobile itself. The customer service landline number does not connect most of the time and if it gets connected somehow, there are few customer care representatives who doesn't know what to answer. I am not very sure if they really don't know English at all or are acting as if they can't speak English so that they don't have to answer anything to at least part of the users.
For the whole four months, whenever I could reach the customer service representatives, they initially started saying 15 days, then went to say next month, next week, few more days and it was just getting repeated. It is not the mobile, but also my peace and time has lost because of it. I am a senior software engineer and if I charge them with my billing rate for the hours I have wasted, even the original cost of the mobile might not come closer to it.
The funny part
Some of the things you have said about your company in your profile has made me really laugh after my experience. One of the CO-founder's linkedin profile says about the need for PickMe as "time taken for their repair and service continues to be a drain on time and money for consumers.". But I could easily saved a lot of time if I had directly given to some shop, considering the 4 months of wait (still not received), the time taken to get a call connected to customer care and finally to talk to them. So I think they had identified a problem statement, but made it worse than before.
The profile continue to say as "PICKME have redefined after sales service of gadgets by introducing the “doorstep delivery” concept". Let us see if it ever get delivered or I will have to create a complaint with Police to stealing my mobile. It is as good as stealing the mobile as now I don't really know if they serviced it and has been using it or even rented it to someone. The linkedin profile also says in conclusion as "So users of Pickme service just don’t save time, money and effort in gadget service but get complete peace of mind!". You should ideally add that "you can forget about the device itself".
I am also attaching below the current linkedin profiles of the CO-Founders who still claim to be the co-founders of this company (as of this date). I am sure they would end up feeling ashamed to list this company in their portfolio when they start a next one in future and will remove it from their linkedin profile.
What next
I have done all that I could do to get it back including this blog post. Next steps would be a consumer complaint at the consumer court or an FIR at the police station for cheating, and I am still looking into the legal opinion on which will be more effective here.
I hope other users will also share their experienced with the services of Pickme and if they did something out of the way to get it back.

Dear Heartin,
Rather giving any excuses, we apologise for the delay due to multiple external reasons. Corrective actions are taken and we will arrange delivery before this week end. My service in charge will update you exact on the same.
Thanks
Praful
I also got a call from a representative telling the phone will be delivered by Saturday. I am hoping for the best.
So the deadline from the CEO
So the deadline from the CEO's representative is also over by today. Today is 3 days past 4 months after we gave the mobile. I really thought they would keep at least this word of theirs.
I sent another reminder on to
I sent another reminder on to his linkedin profile on 1/June/2015 as he has missed this promise. He did not get back, but I got a call by afternoon that my phone will be delivered by Tuesday.
And to my surprise the phone was delivered to me by Tuesday, which is exactly 4 months and 6 days after they took the mobile from me.
I am thankful that I got my mobile back. But do they really expect everybody to write a blog post and follow up for months to get your mobile back after paying the insurance premium upfront?
Hope they will improve their service if they really want to stay in business as there are few other players also entering the market as I can see from some ads these days.
