Is Vodafone The Only Company That Do Not Care For Existing Customers?

With JIO Prime and unlimited daily internet, most other providers have come up with similar plans for prepaid. While JIO unconditionally gives the plan for new and existing customers, some other providers have some catches. Looks like Airtel and IDEA too have similar plans for new and existing users. So currently (as of 3/27/2017) is Vodafone the only provider who does not provide this offer for existing customers? I do remember that vodafone had announced a similar offer with an end date of March 15, but myself or none of the people I know of has got the offer. However, currently (as of 3/27/2017) most providers have this offer for existing customers, except Vodafone. So I am sharing this with the Vodafone Facebook team to check if my understanding is not correct. 

 

Cheating History

Last time when I had sent a PORT request, someone called and said I will be getting similar offers (e.g. 342) in few days and the person himself will call me. Noone called and no such offer received.

For last few days Vodafone facebook page tells you someone will call, but noone actully called.

Update on 3/April/2017

Even after 3 days of porting, noone has called. This shows their concern for existing customers. Facebook page continues to tell that someone will call, but noone actully called till today.

 

Final Update

Issue is not technically resolved. However, since they have helped on another issue related to 9GB internet, moving it to complete.
